The Solutions Development Lead, Call Center Solution is responsible for translating business and technical requirements into well-engineered, tested, and deployed business application systems. This includes some or all of the following: Analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of information systems, and may include new code construction, modifications to existing modules, web development and/or package implementation.
Requirements:
A BA/BS Degree and seven (7) or more years experience required.
